我們的故事
從繁忙的香港街頭，來到慢活的英國生活，無名的我們帶著無明和不確定的未來，一步一步從零開始，以Tabula Rasa的心態去編寫屬於自己的故事。
我們相信每個人都有能力重新定義自己，重新開始，這正正是我們過往既經歷。用Tabula Rasa 作為品牌名稱呢個想法源自於創立初期，我地經歷了無數的起跌，從尋找店鋪到落訂，到雙雙辭職去準備迎接新生活後，突如其來接到業主通知決定退訂唔租。
當時我地一度低落，迫自己日以繼夜搵鋪，就好似強迫症咁，那怕只休息一日半日，都覺得自己未夠盡力。
去到一個位，終於抵受不了壓力而重拾meditation，使圖尋找心中的平靜去重新出發，途中諗起好多年前曾經讀過既一個哲學思想： Tabula Rasa 白紙論：人出生時就好似一張白紙，帶著無明，用生命透過經歷寫上知識，慢慢成為一本人生，你想要咩既人生，就取決於你點去寫呢本書。
Tabula Rasa和我地既理念好相似，作為nobody最好的地方就係不受過去的束縛，以無名的身份，去自由創造我們的未來。
經歷種種困難之後我們終於可以起步啦，以家就誠邀每一位支持我哋嘅客人，同我哋一齊去編寫新嘅一頁，希望大家都可以活出自己想要既人生。
About Us
From a bustling city of life in Hong Kong to a slower pace of life in the UK, we moved away with uncertainties and the opportunity to start from scratch.
Step by step, writing our stories with a Tabula Rasa.
We believe everyone has the power to re-define themselves and start a brand new life. This belief stems from our own experiences. Like a roller coaster ride, the early stages of Tabula Rasa were full of ups and downs. From searching for a shop to paying for the deposit; from resigning from permanent jobs to prepare for a new life; from being informed about the last-minute cancellation of our lease to being back at square one again.
We were devastated at the time, obsessively pushing ourselves day and night to find a new location. Eventually, the pressure led us back to meditation, helping us to find inner peace and start anew. That's when I remembered a philosophical concept I'd read years ago: Tabula Rasa, the idea that people are born like a blank slate, not bound by the past. What your life becomes depends on how you choose to write this book.
This resonates a lot with our ethos. Being a nameless nobody is the best because it means not being tied to the past. We can freely create our future.
After all these challenges, we are finally ready to begin. We sincerely invite all of you to join us in writing this new chapter.
N.B. “Nameless” is the literal translation of our Chinese name.
